"AJ Valenzuela is the WORST most TERRIBLE insurance agent the industry has ever produced. I have over 25 years professionally in the industry. I have NEVER seen an agent treat his clients as badly as this man. My wife, Jennifer, H. was a bit ditzy and forgetful. When she accidently forgot to renew her driver's license, AJ went on a verbal tirade, calling her and myself terrible names, and made horrible accusations against us that were completely untrue and unfounded, until my wife cried. I eventually had 2000 insurance agents working under me (not in P.C.) Never have I encountered anyone so unprofessional, rude, and downright horrible in his client interactions. - And now, his sign on Highland Drive is illegally too close to the road, creating a serious hazard to traffic trying to enter Highland Drive. DO NOT BELIVE THE OTHER POSTINGS - THEY ARE HIS EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY."

AJ and I were able to speak long enough to go over the basics, which left me with the impression he's the type of insurance agent you want on your side- knowledgeable, professional, a straight shooter, and a very nice person. We met again a couple of days later to put a home, auto and umbrella policy in place and he made some great suggestions, thoroughly explained all the necessary details and made every step easier than expected.
